Hi, I'm Rhonda Parry, a working mum of five who is passionate about helping people to live the life they'd never want to trade, on purpose, with purpose.
My 25 years in corporate, and my combined training and qualifications in mindfulness and coaching - plus my own roller coaster experience - allowed me to discover the simple truth. When ‘life happens’ we can resort to retail therapy, giving up, laying blame, or a 10am martini. But shoving it down, sideways or to someone else doesn’t help!
We have to start with ourselves, our beautiful imperfect awesome selves, to become the version of ourselves we want, and to have the life, we want. Which means... if you want to change, you need to start with self awareness. After all, you can't change something if you're not aware of it in the first place, right!? It's an inside job!
